The coloured route boxes also take up less room, at 100 jumps it's just 4 lines of them. They also tell you which system they are if you hover the mouse over them, which is awesome.

I noticed that too. I don't know if it's just me, but it seems all the ships look a little better, either in sharpness or shiney reflective hulls, or a new paint job.
